Love from us to you :)
So, one of the things that I find so intriguing about veganism is that it's not just a diet; it's a lifestyle. It's a way of life that emphasizes love and compassion for all living creatures. Being a vegan doesn't just mean not eating meat and animal products, but it also means not wearing any clothing made from animals (fur, leather, etc.) and refusing to buy products (makeup, shampoo, etc.) that have been tested on animals. Being a vegan is about recognizing that living things are being mistreated, and then choosing to take a stance against that injustice.
So, here's my point: I think it's fascinating that so many people can choose to go vegan in order to express such love towards animals, while so many others can't even show the same respect for their fellow human beings. Ex. I stumbled across this gem today . . .
"I Love Rainbows.
It’s God’s Promise to Me that He Will Never Destroy the World Again.
I’m Not Gay & I’m Sad They Took Something Beautiful and Made It the Symbol of Something with a Negative Connotation.
While I’m Not Homophobic……I Wish When I Drew Rainbows or Wore Rainbows that People Didn’t Automatically Think About the LGBT Movement.
Thus I Love Rainbows. [No Homo]"
Well, I still don't know what to say. Except that I sincerely hope that Gucci Mane somehow finds this and makes a song called "I Love Rainbows (No Homo)."
So followers (again, all zero of you), have a beautiful day and feel free to come up with your own versions of this diamond in the rough. I know I will. Results will be posted tomorrow.
Love to everyone out there.
(This means you, author of "I Love Rainbows" -- I'm sending love to you too.)
Have a beautiful Thursday!
